How does this work? Am I getting fake followers?

All followers from our apps are 100% real people. The way it works is simple, your profile is shared with our large audience of real people. If they like it, they can follow it easily on TikTok. We reward users with stars for following as well. We do not use bots or any artificial boosting of followers or likes of any kind—that is why it takes time to accumulate large numbers of followers you may request. When you request followers, we show your profile until the requested number of followers click ‘Follow’. From there, the users are linked to your TikTok profile where they must choose to follow your account there in order to receive their star reward. Note that since we are dealing with real people, we cannot control whether they choose to follow your account on TikTok after we link them there.

How do I earn stars?

There are a few ways to earn stars:

1- Follow other user profiles you see in the app. You can do this by tapping "Follow" which will open the TikTok app to that account, then tap "Follow" again in the TikTok app and return to TikMines by pressing the Back or Recents soft keys. The app will detect the follow and if verified, it will credit you with 1 star.

2- Watch rewarded video ads which appear regularly in the app. You can also request to watch one in the settings screen and earn 2 stars for each completed view. Note these rewarded videos are not available at all times and in all regions.

3- You can also buy stars with your Google Play account in the Stars menu.

I used stars to request followers, now what?

Please allow a few days for us to promote your profile and accumulate followers. These are real followers, so it takes time to get other TikMines users to look at and follow your account.

How can I get followers faster?

Make sure you have a great profile pic on TikTok-- we pull in that picture to promote your profile on TikMines. Hi quality, hi res pictures do best. Depending on how many followers you requested it may take longer given the time it takes for users to see and follow your promoted account.

I'm not getting any followers after requesting some—what is wrong?

Make sure your TikTok account is NOT set to private. That will prevent you from getting any new followers. Similarly, if you try to Follow an account that is set to private, we will be unable to credit you stars since we cannot verify the follow.

I'm getting fewer followers than I requested—what is wrong?

We will always promote your profile until the requested number of followers tap on the Follow button. Our delivery of followers is based on real people so, after the user goes to your account on TikTok, it is up to them whether they will follow on that app and some users do not. They only receive stars if they follow your account however. Given we cannot control whether a user actually follows your account on TikTok, we cannot guarantee they will follow you. In our experience, a majority of clicks on the Follow button lead to follows on TikTok. Given we promote your account to real people, there is NO GUARANTEE you will get the number of followers you request.

Also, make sure your profile picture on TikTok is high quality and is something that would interest other users. Finally, please give it time. Your profile will be promoted until you get the followers on TikMines you requested but this takes time depending on how good your TikTok account is and how many followers you requested.

My follower number increased and then the follower number decreased, why?

Our delivery of followers is based on real people, and so we do not control whether followers unfollow your account or not. Accounts with a lot of high quality content tend to keep more of the new followers they get. It is up to you to keep the real followers you get.

How do I log out of the app in so I can switch accounts?

Tap on the circle with the arrow in the upper right corner of the profile screen. That will log you out and you can log back in using any other TikTok username.
